That’s what my friends used to call me back in high school. But do I really look like a witch? Come on! Now I am no longer a high school student, I am college student and I am studying in System Technology Institute (STI) Dasmariñas. I am taking up a degree of Bachelor in Science in Information Technology. Though my classmates and my friends now in STI doesn’t call me the way my classmates in high school calls me. I can’t help myself to think and wonder where in the earth my classmates in high school got the idea of calling me a “witch’. Because thinking that I am a witch, it means I am ugly, wicked person. That is why I still think that though I’m in college now. I asked my best friend back in high school about this stuff, and she answered me, “Jo, Hakuna Matata(means no worries)! We call you witch not because you are ugly and wicked person as you have known in a witch. We call you witch, it is because you are smart and strong lady, you have a big heart for us. And whenever I feel so down and depressed, I’ll come to you and in a just a snap, I feel better.” Hmmm…nice answer from my best friend, I almost cry (huhuhu). Funny aside, I feel better! Now I know.
